Founded in 1999, we are an internet business consulting and software development company, with a long history of success.
With the development and help of studio owner, Amy Swanson, YOGAStudio was born and in 2006 was launched to provide online marketing solutions to Yoga Studios around the world.
Mission statement
To provide online tools, which will enable yoga
studios to take full advantage of the internet and online marketing,
while keeping it super easy, friendly and fun.
To empower yoga studios to say "goodbye" to "Webmasters" and all of the time wasted to get that "one small change" completed.

Amy Swanson
Director of YOGAStudio and Owner of the Yoga Centre
Amy has been involved in dance and the movement arts
since her earliest years. She is a native to San Luis Obispo, and after
traveling through South America and residing in Venezuela for a year,
she returned to her home town & graduated Cal Poly University with
a degree in Kinesiology and Spanish language. Upon earning her
undergraduate, Amy lived and practiced dance in Europe, guided
adventure trips on the east coast, practiced dance & mountain biked
while living in Colorado, and taught movement arts in Mexico. She
returned to the Central Coast after completing her Master's from Holos
University in Missouri, earning her degree in Energy Medicine, with a
Dance Therapy focus. Her practice of Yoga began in 1995. Amy received
her first teacher training certificate in Ashtanga with David
Swenson. Since then, she has combined her kinesiology background and
knowledge of the body with her expertise in energy medicine to create
the style of teaching she loves sharing with her students. Amy is the
owner and director of the Yoga Centre and she teaches Yoga classes at
the Yoga Centre while offering private Yoga sessions upon request.
Jeremy LaDuque
President & CEO of Transformational Technologies, Inc.
In co-founding New Image Technologies in 1999, Jeremy created a
company with a strong vision — to assist businesses solve their most
critical challenges through forward-thinking implementation of Web
technologies. Since then, Jeremy and the team of experts at New Image
Technologies have successfully helped companies in multiple industries
do just that.
After graduating with honors from State University of New York at
Brockport, Jeremy was a key member of the client support system for
TCI, a Fortune 100 Telecommunications firm. Jeremy utilized this
experience and his understanding of the rapidly expanding field of
Web-based business to become the Director of Web Services at Best 1
Internet, a fast growing Internet service organization with a
reputation for customer service and innovative business solutions.
Today, Jeremy oversees all NIT operations and maintains
the company's strategy to provide innovative Web solutions. He is
recognized as an industry expert and visionary and is frequently asked
for advice and to be a speaker at conferences, trade associations and
for media broadcasts.
Steve Bridge
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Bridge
has spent the last
25 years refining his business and marketing experience. This
experience has covered being a Space Shuttles Convoy Commander to being
the CEO of a technology company providing dedicated and hosted software
solutions to government and commercial customers.
Steve emigrated from
Great Britain
at an early age and after graduating from
high school joined the Air Force as a Satellite Controller. After
leaving the Air Force he graduated from CSUC with an Engineering degree
and followed this with a Masters degree from University of Southern
California (USC).
After graduation Steve
started a glass factory, activated shuttle launch facilities, lead
shuttle convoy operations, provided transformational windows solutions
to the LA Metropolitan Water District, lead a large Information Systems
transitions for Lockheed Space Operations Company at VAFB and grew two
information technology companies. During the last few years Steve has
lead the development and launch of 5 successful software applications
ranging from a hosted Agricultural ERP system to an integrated decision
support software suite.
In 2006 Steve joined New Image Technologies to provide leadership and vision to expand the elements CMS
product line. This powerful software suite has been instrumental for
developers in implementing leading web sites and now will be provided
to thousands of businesses requiring rapid, easily controlled and
effective web sites. Steve explains “This technology is exactly what

Steve is married with 5 children and eight grandchildren. He loves to kayak and play racquetball. He lives in
Lompoc
California
with his wife Gloria. He is also active on several non
profit Boards including: The California Space Authority, the California
Space Education and Workforce Institute, and the National Association
of Working Seniors and the Aging Connection.
Michael Boyer
Vice President &
Chief Marketing Officer
Michael has had his
hands in the marketing, technology and Internet world for the past 14
years as an entrepreneur, technology leader, analytics expert, and
operating officer. He began to blaze a trail in areas as wide-ranging
as internet advertising, online retirement plan management and software
globalization.
Most recently Michael was the CEO and Senior Consultant of the Pismo
Group, Inc. where he drove customer relationships with The Franchise
Company, Growers and Nomads, Paul Davis Restoration, Homes Magazine and
many others. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of
Operations at Web Associates, where he led the company on a
comprehensive turn-around that resulted in three consecutive years of
increased profit while retaining 99% of the client base, which
included; Quiksilver, Apple, HP, AMD, Blackberry (RIM), California
Closets, The Tennis Channel, Marvell Semiconductor, Linear Technologies
and Yahoo. Prior to that, Michael led marketing strategy, channel
development and lead generation as Vice President of Marketing at
Platinum Services. He began his corporate operational experience at
Global Software Solutions as Vice President of Operations where he led
the day-to-day business of the consultancy. Michael was instrumental in
ushering Copper Mountain Trust into the world of online retirement plan
management and experienced Mr. Toad’s wild ride along with marchFirst
as it made its evolution from USWeb/CKS and then into bankruptcy.
Michael studied business and communications at the University of Oregon.
Michael is active in many industry, community service and non-profit
organizations including a board position with the Rotary Club of Pismo
Beach, a board position and member with the Grover Beach Chamber of
Commerce, Endowment Committee with the Clark Center Foundation,
Technology Advocacy Committee and member of the San Luis Obispo
Chamber, PMI, the Web Analytics Association, the Pismo Beach Chamber of
Commerce and of Softec.
Michael received the "Top 20 Under 40" award presented by the Economic
Vitality Corporation of San Luis Obispo County for his professional
excellence and profound commitment to the community in 2007. He also
received the "Top 40 Under 40" award presented by the Pacific Coast
Business Times serving Ventura County, Santa Barbara County and San
Luis Obispo County for his professional excellence and profound
commitment to the community in 2006.
Tim Wilfong
Chief Technology Officer
Tim is a highly seasoned IT professional with extensive experience
in providing clients with cost-effective, enterprise-wide solutions.
Since gaining his Computer Science degree from the University of
Washington in 1994, he has become an expert in designing and deploying
wide and local area networks, developing sophisticated software
solutions on disparate platforms ranging from Unix and Windows to
embedded custom systems and providing Web-based products, server design
and security.
Tim's clients have ranged from large government agencies to
distributed law firms to multi-branch financial institutions. Tim also
founded and managed XS Communications, a fast-growing Internet service
provider and consulting firm with a reputation for innovation and
pro-active customer service.
As Chief Technology Officer for New Image Technologies, Tim oversees
full integration of our Web solutions into our client's existing IT
infrastructure. Specifically, he provides in-depth analysis,
consulting, design and deployment of integrated WAN, LAN, voice/data
and network security solutions to ensure that our clients receive a
fully customized solution to their business challenges.
Tony Holt
Director of Creative Services
With a BS in Art and Design from California Polytechnic State
University and over ten years of branding and marketing experience,
Tony brings to New Image Technologies a keen and developed sense of the
practicalities, purpose and power of good design.
Before joining the New Image Technologies team, Tony served a
dualistic role as both Lead Web Designer and Senior Designer at the
largest advertising and public relations agency on California's Central
Coast. In those capacities he designed successful, distinctive web and
print campaigns for numerous high-profile accounts in fields ranging
from finance to tourism, and through his vision helped advance the
award-winning agency's reputation as the premier solution provider in
that market.
As Director of Creative Services for New Image Technologies, Tony
oversees all things creative as well as client management operations.
Chris Shireman
Director of Product Development
Chris brings to New Image Technologies a masters degree in computer
science from California Polytechnic State University coupled with an
exceptional and diverse working background in Web-based product
development.
Before working for New Image Technologies, Chris was a product
developer for such notable San Francisco-based firms as Innoventry
Corporation, which developed software for the financial industry, and
AirTreks, which developed software for the Travel industry. As Director of Product Development for New Image Technologies, Chris
oversees all technical aspects for the company and has been
instrumental in the design and development of the entire elements CMS
product suite. He also oversees quality assurance and is responsible
for all proprietary coding standards created by the company. |
