Mid-State Bank & Trust, a multi-branch, regional organization with approximately 860 employees throughout California, $2.3 billion in assets and 41 office locations, has been a long-standing client of New Image Technologies. Over two years, each respective team worked together on a total re-development of their website -- a website that would be better designed and much more comprehensive, intuitive, and feature-rich than their previous one. This was no small undertaking, as the size and scope of the website and its end-goals necessitated a cohesive and organized effort across many departments and had to comply with rigorous industry regulations.

We started by introducing the MSB&T team to our internal web development methodology, which allowed them to quickly assimilate a comprehensive and cohesive set of goals and objectives for the new web site. New Image Technologies’ specialists then canvassed the financial services marketplace to identify the strengths and challenges MSB&T would face. Further strategy sessions refined the sought-after brand goals to determine the best means for translating them to the web.

The new site was completed in July 2006. It is a compelling presentation of Mid-State Bank & Trust’s branding strategy coupled with revitalized graphics and streamlined navigation. On the backend, utilizing a combination of elements CMS products and custom engineering provides robust web content management solutions.

Response to the new website has been overwhelmingly positive and the web site continues to gain visitor appeal.
